Caravan no number plate in layby 3/4 weeks Chale Green

Sent to Island Roads 16 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16300183.

Caravan has been locked and all windows blacked out in layby with no number plate off wheels. No sign of owners. At least 3 weeks. Looks like its been dumped.
