New road surface directs road water direct down into my property

Sent to Island Roads 19 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16299234.

Before the road was tarmac with a new surface I requested kerb stones at my entrance to stop the rapid water flow from the road on the corner. You have not addressed this problem and now the situation is diverting water down my drive to my property ! We are about to resurface our driveway but cannot until you correct this problem otherwise it will wash away the surface again!
