There is a BT manhole cover which collects water as it sits lower than the drain in the road (which is also full of debrit but not yet causing a problem). Every passing vehicle splashes the width of the path and up onto the shop fronts covering any pedestrians. The problem is outside 30 High Street Ventnor. This has been an issue for some time.
