Noisy Drain Cover

Updating a previous probelm. Your inspector could not find the drain cover in question! I have now included photographs. It is possible a scaffolding lorry was parked over drain when they inspected! Every time a car drives over the drain cover it makes a 'click-clack' noise. This is right outside our house and has become a bit tiresome. It will be at it's worst on Thursday evenings throughout the summer when everyone leaves Alum Bay fireworks that are held at the Needles. The flow of traffic can last up to an hour from 9.40pm. This is quite a disturbance. If it could be fixed/rectified we would be very grateful.
