Scinde Crescent leading to North Road Shanklin PO37 alley way is overgrown and dirty and very unkept. Island roads come 1-2 times a year just spray the weeds but these weeds don’t die they need manual pulling out. It’s never swept and people use it as a toilet as it looks bad. Would be good if Island Roads cleaned the pathway - pulled the weeds up and made it a clear pathway for the public. It runs alone the back of the Plough & Barelycorn Public House and is used a lot by the general public.
