There has been a car in the carpark for over 4 months which looks like it has been dumped. It has a flat tyre and looks like a skip inside. It is a blue Mazda HW60 KCC Currently only has tax for another 2 days and has no MOT Parking is awful at the best of times let alone where there is a car dumped taking up a space
