Noisy Manholes And Uneven Surface

There are 4 locations in this area, most require attention. One manhole is noisy, usually only when lorries go over it and worse in the middle of the night when lorries speed and road position is different to during the day. Makes the whole house shake. One manhole has been physically removed but the tarmac that covers the hole has sunk resulting in traffic noise when vehicles go over it. One drain gulley has no tarmac surrounding it. Most repairs that have been carried out need some form of repair due to missing tarmac. I can take photos and videos if required, just need to be ready in the middle of the night to take a video! Prompt response will beuch appreciated. Thanks.
