Bay tree over grown causing partial pavement blockage

Bay trees have once again grown so wide and is blocking half pavement width causing people to have to walk on grass if escorting elderly folk or walking with children. This problem occurs every year, it would help if when cutting grass the trees could be trimmed before they become a hazard . Once a year cut back is not enough
