Road signs dangerous

Island roads have put up advanced warning re no street parking along Heathfield Road.
I resident has reported them too me : One way says from the 14/7 the other way starts 16/7.
The signs have been positioned both on blind bends, just as you round and is an accident waiting to happen.
Both signs are hand written with dates so no one can see unless they come to a complete halt.
The resident is worried there is going to be an accident.
This issue has been referred to another Isle of Wight Council department.
