During the last two years, two members of staff from St Catherine's have been hit by cars whilst they are on the pavement. The second time is today and we have a member of staff in hospital. We are a special needs school and the speed people come down and go up this road is dangerous. Our students have to cross the road to utilise both sides of our site and some of them have physical needs. Both times it is the member of staffs elbow/arm that has been broken. This is head height of many of our children and many children that go to other local schools and use this road. Something needs to be done about this - like speed bumps before a serious accident occurs. Thank you.
