Overgrown hedges

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the overgrown hedges adjacent to my property, which are now significantly encroaching into my garage area. The vegetation has become excessively overgrown to the point that it resembles a jungle, obstructing access and causing considerable inconvenience.

Despite my efforts to manage the situation, the growth appears to originate from land maintained (or meant to be maintained) by the council. I kindly request that the hedges be cut back as a matter of urgency and that appropriate maintenance is carried out to prevent this from recurring.

Please confirm when this issue will be addressed. If an inspection is required beforehand, I would be happy to arrange access.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
