Downpipe from gutter of roof, runs under the pavement into chamber drain. The section that runs under the pavement, outside of our boundary, is leaking water according to an independent drain survey that we have had carried out.

The section of down-pipe from the gutter, that runs under the pavement outside of our boundary, is leaking rainwater according to an independent drain survey we have had carried out. This is causing severe damp issues on the inside of that church wall as water is leaking onto the wall each time it rains. It requires a new section of pipe to prevent the leak, so that we can then repair that wall internally. We have temporarily diverted the down pipe to avoid the broken section under the pavement so as not to make the damp wall any worse. The down pipe runs from the far side of the wall shown in the first photo, it then runs under the pavement and into the chamber drain seen in the bottom of the second photo.
