A silver Toyota Starlet registration N839AHH has been parked on the road in Goldcrest Close PO30 5FX for approximately 2 months now without being moved. On investigation, it is currently untaxed and uninsured. This is a small road with limited on street parking and this vehicle is causing an unnecessary obstruction. Speaking with other residents noone knows who the registered owner is so it is assumed abandoned.
