I asked what does a circle on the road mean in front of our garden you advise that it shows work to be completed to help with the surface water going down the drain you have completed the road surface for the close, do you have a time frame for completing the drain work?

We have building work being completed, part of which involved replacing the pathway with a ramp, now that they have started the work we can see a stream of water coming from next doors drive is it possible for you to test the water to see if its rain water or drainage water, coming from the drains
