Overgrown Hedge Restricting access to three properties

The large hedge on the side of pan lane has now become severely overgrown, restricting access to pan cottage, blythe cottage and primrose cottage.
The hedge has narrowed the road so much from overgrowth that even driving a small vehicle up pan lane has now become problematic.
The hedge line urgently needs to be cut back to a reasonable length, before it completely blocks off access to the three properties.
