Parked Dangerously

For around the last 3 weeks a silver VW Golf has been dumped at the junction of Downsview Road and Walls Road in Bembridge. As you approach the junction to join Walls Road there have been several near misses as you have to go onto the wrong side of the road and quite often traffic is turning in from Walls Road. This gets worse at school opening/closing time with the high volume of traffic. The vehicle's MOT expired on the 24th March and it's Tax on the 1st March so should not be on the road.
