Road surface is appalling

The road surface is appalling, broken surface full of holes and uneven surface. this was made worse when it was used for parking and skip parking when major works were done by utility suppliers on princes way. we need it resurfaced especially as the residents are elderly and find it difficult to walk on. please advise when this will checked and works done to make safe.
