Car parking from non road residents

Royal close is being used as a car park for a non resident who lives on princes way shanklin. both residents of the house plus house guests park in our close blocking driveways or parking in front of our main windows. they have a block pave driveway of their own plus a further parking area to the side of their bungalow so have no idea why they need to park in royal close.please advise what can be done to stop this happening. this has been going on for at least a year and all residents are fed up of their blatent disregard of the residents of royal close shanklin.
