Re: 16272131 and 16288019 (240325) An employee phoned me to say that the case was with a ‘3rd Party’ but didn’t say why, who or how long this would take. Last activity on site was 31.12.24. We are able to see during heavy rain, where the water flows from up the lane. If a drain was to be installed opposite, looking out from our house to the left and fed into the main drainage, this would resolve the bulk of problem.
