Non official cones & bins on the public highway. Preventing parking.

The bins and now red and white cones are being used to prevent the use of the highway for parking. The use of bins and rubbish placed on this part of the road, was repeatedly reported to the IW Council's waste controller. There are now red and white unofficial cones as well as bins. There are works scheduled for June however that is weeks away. This blocked area has been going on for over a year. Those who could use the space to park are not always confident in moving the bins!
