Loose/broken wooden pillars

On grass verge outside Greenbank Cottage, Alverstone Road PO36 0LB there are at least 4 loose or broken wooden pillars which have been placed by the Council to prevent parking on Council owned grass verge. Caused by passing traffic pulling in at a “pinch point”.
