Hole in pavement and traffic cone

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 48 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16289832.

There is a hole (looks like broken meter cover). Close by is a traffic cone. Both have been tgere for a long time. Assumed cone was linked to hole and moved away but no action so assume neither linked or reported.
