Litter bins not emptied
Sent to Island Roads 3 hours, 40 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16289845.
The litter bins in Whitwell, namely Bannock Road on the green opposite nos 18, 20, 22 and by the bus stop in Kemming Road are full and not been emptied for at least a week. People are still ramming dog poo bags in and could overflow the bin and be a health hazard especially in the weather we are expecting this week. Could they be emptied soon as possible please.
