Beach sign pointing to closed Appley Steps. Given they are very unlikely to reopen, the sign needs to be turned to point down Chine Hollow to direct visitors to the Old Village. There is a further sign the same outside Luccombe Manor, which could do with being moved to the Old Village to help guide to Chine Avenue, where there are already signs for the beach. I've seen visitors walking to try and go down the closed steps and get lost.
