There is a very overgrown tree/shrub in the front garden of 15 Rew Close. This is extremely over hanging the pavement and is at head height, everyone has to duck down when walking underneath it and I have been hit in the face numerous times. The householders aren't doing anything about it, even though they have been seen 'tidying' their front garden.
