St James Sq traffic lights from Cowes direction stuck on red

This morning I arrived at the St James's Square traffic lights from the Cowes direction at 0854hrs and the lights were red so I stopped and waited. They stayed red for over three and a half minutes, during which time the lights changed seven times to allow traffic out of the square and the High Street, plus twice to allow pedestrians to cross. I see this has already been reported to you twice in the last four weeks, please fix this quickly before it catches someone out. I have this on my dashcam and can make it available to you if it helps. Thank you.
