This vehicle has not moved for approximately 4 weeks. The car keys appear to be on the centre console. The vehicle appears to be registered in Spain (has an "E" on registration plate) so i cannot check the MOT or road tax validity but it hasn't moved for over a month. Please can this be looked into as a potential abandoned vehicle?
