Sent to Island Roads 13 hours, 5 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16289240.

Abandoned vehicle - ND54 UEM on corner of Cross Street and Park Road opposite Ocean View Hotel. Car has sticker in window saying no MOT and two flat tyres. It has been there for weeks and is taking up much needed parking space as this area gets very busy with hotel guests and staff when all private car parks are full.
