Noisy manhole cover

This manhole cover seems to of come loose and making an excessive amount of noise everytime a vehicle drives over it and as I work nights for an emergency service the noise from this manhole cover stops me from having significant sleep and rest between my shifts. Would be greatly appreciative if it is dealt with promptly
