Abandoned vehicles parked on pavement. Growing number. If left more and more vehicles dumped like graffiti @!

I am.reporting again a nu.ber of vehicles that are apparently abandoned by a block of private garages, one of which I own. It seems to be a constant, regular issue. People seem to think this is THE place to leave their untaxed and expired MOT vehicles. Mist have broken parts and rubbish left inside. The current vehicles are HW55FBG. YR08SRY, and WN08LFA.
