Property damage due to inadequate road drainage

Due to the volume of water coming down the road and the ditches not being properly maintained, reoccurring property damage has plagued Manor Lodge with the foundation of the garage being routinely damaged. Sand bags have been placed out and damages fixed multiple times, however damage occurs again with the same problems persisting. The water, volume and force of which, isn't being properly deflected from the property causing damage. The ditches aren't adequate for the volume of water, causing water to cascade across the road at the property, and there isn't enough drainage on the road to catch the water coming down the road from the surrounding fields. also causing damage to the property. The roadside kerb seems to be too low to deflect the water and the drain slightly further down on the wall outside niton manor cottage is blocked so isn't catching the runoff.
