Sign is nearly broken in half

The sign was originally on my fence but due to it being damaged in a storm it was removed. The sign was screwed to the tree as a temporary measure but due to wind it's about to break. Please could there be one of the black resin type sign posts installed as I'm not planning to replace the fence any time soon.
