Uneven junction of concrete and tarmac road surface

The difference in road levels outside our house results in heavy vibration throughout the property by buses using the ,particularly those routing from Ryde. This is being experienced by other residents in the immediate area. Since moving into this property some 18 months ago the lounge wall has had to be replastered twice and is showing cracking again now. The newly fitted folding doors are now not fuly functional. A similar issue was addressed recently further to the north, at the junction with the footpath to the recreation ground. Could the drop in levels be infilled with tarmac to remove this problem?
