Over hanging trees

I live at No. 6 the hayloft. The two trees in the picture have branches encroaching over my garden and I have had large branches falling into my garden to the extent where I am unable to allow my grandchildren to play outside in case some fall on them. I have spoken to Anthony Mildenhall at the council who has contacted you as they are on land that is supposed to be maintained by yourselves. He has confirmed they should be dealt with. One of the trees has also started leaning to the left and is also encroaching on the BT pole. Can these please be cut back as soon as possible to prevent any injuries. I would be happy to let you into my garden to review the situation as soon as possible. The height of one in particular is very concerning.
