The authorities need to get this vehicle removed. In a supposedly 1st world country like UK can a vehicle be left for 6 months. Imagine if every vehicle was left in situ after an accident. Island Roads might not be able to remove it as it's Sorned but surely the land owner can be forced to clear it under fly tipping or environmental laws as it could damage the environment.
