Dog fouling from Hill side to Sea street

There are multiple instances of dog fouling from hillside to sea street. It is a persistent problem I think that it might be from people walking dogs before work, at lunchtime and after work. There were 3 untrodden in and multiple trodden in messes. The issue is daily and persistent.
