Surface water is pouring onto pound lane flooding the road and parts of my property.A few weeks ago an Island Road assessor came to view the problem but it was not raining at the time, l think his name was Tim … ?, he was very helpful and understood the problem. L said l would forward some phot’s next time it rained. The surface water is also freezing and causing a real driving hazard on this section of pound lane.
