The hedge of the property severely impedes the public pavement

The hedge severely impedes the pavement. It clearly overhangs the property boundary and makes passing with a pushchair and toddler walking besides impossible. The hedge is prickly too. Made up of holly & hawthorn possibly which could cause injury. The boundary needs cutting back inline with boundary to make passing by on the pavement safe.
