Reduce Speed sign hit and rotated.

Sent to Island Roads 23 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16283450.
The sign warning of a bend and to reduce speed has been hit damaged, and is now facing the wrong way.
As an aside, considering the lack of footway and built up area, this road (and perhaps from the start of Whitepit lane) should be a 20mph Zone. Any faster than 20mph is a big risk to pedestrians who must use the road due to no footway, and the blind bend (there is a private footway in some places, but this is very uneven and slippery and there have been several falls needing ambulances. Most elect to take their chances on the road).
Many vehicles (typically in excess of 30%) exceed the limit on the light up sign, so likely 35-40mph. This needs action before someone is seriously hurt or killed.
