How am I meant to safely see tarffic oncoming.

You had no parking restrictions on a bend, how are people meant to join the road and see oncoming traffic. Accident is waiting to happen. When you drive down Old Rd you have to coss onto oncoming traffic on a bend to pass parked cars and you cant see cars coming out of driveways.
