Branches growing out of cematrey hedge

The dieing tree has been removed..thankyou for doing that but the branches coming out of the hedge were not cut. These can be cut from ground level with a extendable chain hedge saw and will take about 5 mins. I tryed yesterday to cut with loppers from my side but gave up as the ladders slipped and I almost fell off them. The past 4 years a tractor drove along and cut and leved the hedge to make it look nice but not this year. Please can you help I dont want to try from the ladder again..thankyou for reading this.
