Hedging etc overhanging pavement

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 13 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16281199.

The person at no 3 (?) does not keep his hedges maintained and they are encroaching again on the footway limiting the amount of space to walk safely. He was asked to deal with this (as a lady in a wheelchair got attacked by his brambles in the summer) and said he would when the flowers went over but has done nothing. It needs a letter from yourselves as before to get him to deal with this. Thanks
