Inadequate signage and traffic light visibility for cars coming out of road opposite Duke of York pub.

People's lives are continually put at risk, as drivers turn right across the pedestrian crossing, through a red light.
This happens frequently, but tonight my wife and baby were nearly run over. We've seen this happen to others, and it's happened to us before.
Please make the RED light more obvious for drivers coming from this direction. I.e. from town driving towards Mill Hill, at the junction opposite the Duke of York pub.
