Abandoned vehicle

A ford Fiesta VRM EJ52DNX has been abandoned in Somerton Park N Ride car park. The car has been in situ for 3 weeks. One tyre is torn and hanging off the wheel rim. There are skid marks to suggest this was done whilst "doughnuting". This vehicle falls under the Reg 13 of the RDAA 1986. Please ask a Steward to visit.
