Sent to Island Roads 17 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16280597.
The bins at Westridge have all had the plastic flaps broken off. This is allowing rats and seagulls to pull rubbish from them and spread it around the site. In turn this has caused an explosion in the rat population and rats have been seen attacking the wiring on some of the cars in the car-park.
