The small stream that runs along side of Colwell common comes to a metal grid filter which often gets blocked by branches and

Leaves. I try to assist so I dont have to bother you but need you to please clear more than I can do. Please check back on whole stream as it wont take long before metal grid will be blocked again this time of year and it overflows. Thank you
