Zebra crossing kerb to high at union st for my electric wheel chair to exit on to pavement the road has washed away drop kerb to high

The zebra crossing has been like this since febuary 2024 . on the right side outside the Yorkshire Building Society. I have been stuck there several times and have to rely on Joe Public to assist me
