These bins are left out permanently, causing pedestrians to have to walk into the road. Cars use this road as a rat run, it is extremely dangerous. Totally unsafe for everyone especially pram pushers, wheelchair users, disabled & blind people. Plus they are a health hazard as they are dirty, spillages are not cleaned up.
