Boat on road abandoned?

Sent to Island Roads 22 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16278118.

There has been a large boat on the road for months. It’s not moved, it’s not attached to a vehicle and usually a hazard to pass due to other cars parked. If it does belong to someone nearby then it could easily be put on a driveway because each house has space. As it hasn’t moved I wonder if the owner has abandoned it.
