Traffic light timings

Sent to Island Roads 11 hours, 42 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16277579.

When approaching coppins Bridge from Fairlee Road. The traffic lights at the junction with Staplers Road cannot be working properly. They consistently only stay on green long enough to allow only 2/3 vehicles through at a time. I have observed this on many occasions. This is causing massive congestion back along Fairlee. It was particularly bad today 1st October, but also on many other days. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.
